Shipping Policies

There are two options for receiving your order:
  • PICK UP - in store (Kalispell or Libby), no charge
    Please note: deliveries to the Libby campus do not run on a regular schedule, please select UPS or USPS to avoid delays.
  • SHIPPING - we ship UPS or USPS - Price to be determined at checkout and subject to change.

Shipping rates apply to Continental U.S. orders only. Please call for shipping rates for all other orders.

Returns

  • Bookstore returns are accepted up to each semester's census date. Please check the academic calendar or contact the bookstore to confirm the census date for each semester.
  • All refunds or exchanges require a receipt
  • Any books that are shrink-wrapped (loose-leaf) may not be returned if unwrapped
  • Access Codes may not be returned
  • New books must be in mint condition
    • Return your book immediately if:
    • You have the wrong book
    • You drop a class or your class is canceled
    • You decide that you don’t need the book
